Hello my name is Graeme Lehman and welcome to my site.
The idea behind this site was to create something I wish I had growing up and sharing what I know about two of my most passionate subjects:
1) Baseball
2) Strength & Conditioning
I’ve either played or coached baseball my entire life and I owe my education to the game. Upon graduation I started to work in the health and fitness industry which is something I still do to this day 10 + years later.
My passion for strength and conditioning led me to return to school and pursue a master’s degree in Kinesiology where I researched the correlation of lower body power to throwing velocity.
If you want to learn more about the research check out this interview I did with baseball strength and conditioning guru Eric Cressey on his site here or you want to check out the actual research paper click here.
For the last 5+ years I have been publishing articles on my own blog where I write about the latest research on baseball player development and share my own ideas of how to improve your athletic ability as it relates to the game of baseball.
The site has garnered some attention from many baseball enthusiast from every level of baseball who share a passion for improving their knowledge of the game by learning about exercise physiology and biomechanics. The creation of the site is responsile for a a recent speaking engagement I did in Nashville Tenn where I got to speak along – Spoke along with top NCAA I and MLB pitching coaches to learn more about this event click here.
If you want to become a better ball player by improving your physical abilities then this is the site for you. Here you will find all sorts of resources that you can use to sharpen your tools as a baseball player.
Please feel free to look through my resume or read some of my articles to gain more information about me.
