In order to be a Big League Athlete you need to spend some time in the weight room in order to get bigger and stronger.  What you’ll get by reading and following the information from this site is safe and effective training information.  Most young baseball players know that they need to be in the weight room and a lot them work hard but the problems lie’s in the fact that almost all of them are doing exercises that either don’t make them better baseball players or even worse cause injury!!!

A well structured strength and conditioning program can do wonders for your game.  Added strength and size will no doubt help you hit the ball and throw harder.
